MVP Flag Football ("Organization", "we", "us") respects the privacy of families, parents, and minor athletes. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard personal information across our website and mobile platforms.
1. Information Collection & Children's Privacy
MVP Flag Football does not intentionally collect personal information directly from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. All registration forms, waivers, and account creations must be completed by a parent or legal guardian.
2. Use of Information
Information collected (such as parent email, phone number, and player age/jersey size) is used solely for league operations, team assignment, game schedule updates, emergency contacts, and uniform production. We do not sell or rent family information to third-party marketers.
3. Media & Photo Authorization
Photos and action videos captured during Friday night games are used to highlight player achievements and promote league sportsmanship on official MVP media channels, subject to signed parent media waivers during registration.
